우리 아이의 개인정보
1분이면 읽어요. JayDay는 아이들을 위한 무료 앱이며, 정보를 최대한 적게 수집하도록 만들었습니다.
학습 기록은 이 기기에만 있어요
별, 연속 기록, 답, 깃털, 아이가 만든 모든 것은 이 기기의 브라우저(IndexedDB)에 저장돼요. 저희에게 전송되지 않습니다.
아이 계정은 없어요
아이는 가입하지 않아요. 이메일, 전화번호, 실명, 사진을 요구하지 않습니다. 직접 고른 별명은 기기에만 저장돼요.
광고 없음, 추적 없음
광고, 인앱 결제, 분석 도구, 광고 식별자, 프로파일링이 전혀 없습니다. 아이에 대한 어떤 것도 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
인터넷은 무엇에 쓰이나요
앱 자체와 읽기 전용 수업 자료(교육과정 꾸러미)를 내려받을 때만 사용해요. 아이에 대한 정보는 전혀 전송되지 않고, 인터넷이 없어도 학습은 계속됩니다.
결과 공유는 언제나 직접 눌러야 해요
‘팀에게 결과 보내기’ 버튼은 보내기 전에 읽어볼 수 있는 짧은 요약과 함께 WhatsApp을 엽니다. 자동으로 전송되는 것은 없고, 메시지에는 진도 요약만 담겨 있어요 — 개인 정보는 없습니다.
부모님 공간은 잠겨 있어요
설정, 과목 승인, 백업 코드, 공유 번호는 어른 확인 뒤에 있으며 PIN은 선택 사항이에요.
언제든 모두 바로 지울 수 있어요
부모님 공간에서 백업 코드를 내보내거나 프로필을 기기에서 지울 수 있어요. 데이터가 여기에만 있기 때문에, 여기서 지우면 완전히 사라집니다.
아동 개인정보 보호법에 맞춰요
JayDay는 아이의 개인정보를 전혀 수집하지 않음으로써 COPPA(미국)와 PIPEDA(캐나다)의 취지를 따릅니다. 수집이 없으므로 공유도, 보관 기간도, 유출될 데이터도 없습니다. 모든 권한은 기기 안에서 부모님께 있습니다.
COPPA (미국, 13세 미만 어린이)
COPPA requires verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child under 13. JayDay avoids the issue at the source: we collect no personal information from children — no name, email, phone number, photo, voice upload, location or persistent advertising identifier. There is no behavioural advertising, no third-party tracking SDK and no child data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to disclose, retain or hand to anyone else.
PIPEDA (캐나다)
Under PIPEDA we apply the principles of minimal collection, identified purpose, consent, limited use and retention, and individual access. In practice: learning data is collected only on your device for the sole purpose of teaching your child, it is never used for any secondary purpose, and a parent can view, export or permanently delete it at any time from the Parent Zone. There is no cross-border transfer of a child's learning data because it never leaves the device.
서버에 저장되는 유일한 것
If — and only if — a parent chooses to sign in, we store that parent's email address so the sign-in works. That is the only server-stored data in JayDay. No child learning data, no answers, no progress and no device identifiers are stored with it. It is never sold, rented, shared for marketing or used to profile anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time through the Contact page.
