JayDay真的是免费的吗？
Yes — 100% free, forever. No ads, no subscription, no in-app purchases, no expiring trial. One percent of BitPlan revenue funds JayDay: we tell employers to judge people on what they can do rather than on credentials, and that is only fair if people had a chance to learn.
适合什么年龄？
Children aged 6 to 12 who are new to Canada or the USA. Older or younger children are welcome to use it, but the lessons are written for that age range.
每天需要花多少时间？
About 30 minutes a day, split into short missions. You can stop at any point — progress saves automatically — and parents can set a shorter daily limit in the Parent Zone.
支持哪些语言？
The helper voice and support text speak Thai, English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic, Persian, Korean and French. The English being taught always stays in English.
我的孩子需要账户吗？
No. Children never sign up: no email, no phone number, no real name, no photo. A parent may optionally sign in with an email address, but the app works fully without it.
离线也能用吗？
Yes. Once JayDay has loaded, the daily learning loop keeps working without a connection, which matters when a family is between homes or on limited mobile data.
我孩子的数据存储在哪里？
In this device's own browser storage, and nowhere else. Deleting it in the Parent Zone deletes it everywhere. See the Privacy page for the full COPPA and PIPEDA detail.
